Welcome to Bridgehouse Gardens!

Bridgehouse Gardens is a community growing project and local event space in SE15. The project seeks to activate the existing and create new public spaces with the community along Rollins Street and Winslade Estate, focused on greening, cultural and community infrastructure, food growing, education and recreation to explore alternative approaches to community cohesion and just futures.

Find us at the end of Rollins Street, just before the underpass to Bridgehouse Meadows. Everyone is welcome to get involved, share skills and ideas for the space & run events for the community with us!

ADOPT A GROWING PATCH
Are you a Winslade/local resident and would like to adopt a space for growing in Bridgehouse Gardens? Or make our spaces on Winslade greener and more colorful - like hanging baskets or wildflower meadows in the grassy areas? We’d love to hear your ideas!

*For Winslade residents: we plan to start an agreement with Lewisham Council so residents can have their own green patch around the Estate to grow what you like!*
